Rufforth is one of York’s most historic villages dating back to Saxon times, it lies about four miles west of York and is a very sought-after village. It makes a great location for commuters to the nearby cities of York, Harrogate, and Leeds.

There is a great sense of community in the village, with the popular pub The Tankard, traditional village shops and a tearoom. There is a good mix of traditional and modern new builds on offer in this area.
