Minster FM Neighbour of the Year Award Winner The Minster FM Local Hero Awards were held at York Racecourse on Friday 17th February.

We were delighted to sponsor the Neighbour of the Year Category which was won by Gill Hudson from Cawood.

Gill was nominated for the award for the work she has done in her community helping to coordinate and distribute gift hampers to the local elderly and people in need.

Gill works with other members of her community to create the hampers and was described as the ‘glue that holds it all together’.

We were honoured to present Gill with her award and meet so many other inspirational award winners.
