A RISE IN FIRST TIME BUYERS SAYS RELOCATION AGENT NETWORK The number of first time buyers entering the UK housing market continues to rise in 2013 when compared to last year.

A recent survey conducted by Relocation Agent Network asked its estate agent members whether they saw an increase in first time home owners this year compared to 2012, with 91% reporting that they had.

According to Relocation Agent Network, nearly two thirds of its estate agents indicate that first time buyers have increased by up to 10% in the last 12 months.

When asked what the biggest influence is in encouraging more first time buyers to enter the property market, over half of survey respondents (54%) cited increased mortgage availability.
